Most sites are live within one week of final approval. We start with a free mockup first so you can see the design before we build anything. Mockups are usually ready within 5 business days.
The monthly plan is required to keep your site live — it covers hosting, maintenance, and support. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. When you cancel, we transfer all your files and domain access to you so you're never locked in.
Yes. Your domain is always registered under your own account. We help you set it up and configure it, but it's yours. If you ever leave, you keep your domain with no questions asked.
Website support is included with active maintenance plan clients. Every month your plan includes three minor edits at no extra charge — just email what you need and we'll handle it. Response time is usually same-day or next business day.
Every maintenance plan includes 3 minor edits per month at no extra charge.
Minor edit — a change that affects less than 15% of a page (updating text, swapping a photo, changing a phone number or hour, adding a small section). These are $12 each after your three included edits.
Major edit — a change that affects 15–50% of a page (significant layout changes, new sections, redesigning a portion of the site). These are $90 per page affected.
Full remake — if the changes are large enough that we'd effectively be rebuilding the site, we can redo the whole thing for your original build price.

Yes. If you already have a domain, we can connect your new site to it. If you have an existing site you want to replace, we'll handle the migration so there's no downtime on the switch.
We focus on Connecticut businesses but we're open to working remotely with businesses elsewhere. Everything can be done over email — no in-person meetings required.
No. I build the base code and overall design myself. I may use AI as a tool to speed up bug fixes, design revisions, and simple new pages, but every change is manually reviewed, tested, and checked for security before it ships.
Just your business name, what you do, and any photos or content you want on the site. If you don't have photos, we can use stock imagery. We handle the writing, layout, and design from there.
